Our strength training program and education system are specifically designed to empower you with confidence, strength, safety, and knowledge throughout every stage of pregnancy, including the trying to conceive phase, as well as postpartum. Whether you are at the gym or at home, our prenatal workouts are carefully tailored to help you feel confident and informed about lifting during pregnancy. With a focus on customization and modification, our training program accommodates your specific week of pregnancy. Additionally, we offer an informative video curriculum that addresses various important topics related to pregnancy:

  1. Knowing when to stop exercising
  2. Considering postural changes
  3. Understanding the anatomy of the female pelvis and pelvic floor
  4. Addressing pelvic girdle pain and discomfort in the pubic symphysis or SI joint
  5. Dealing with Diastasis Recti and coning of the Linea Alba
  6. Learning diaphragmatic breathing and its connection to the pelvic floor
  7. Modifying general strength training, mobility, and cardio exercises

Our support doesn't end when your baby arrives; our postpartum training recognizes that each birth experience is unique and every body requires proper healing after childbirth. We guide you through a four-phase plan that gradually reintroduces movement and strength training:

  1. Gentle breathing and light movement
  2. Gentle stretching and movement
  3. Low intensity and mat-based strengthening
  4. Slow reintroduction of upright movement and progression into strength training

No matter which phase you're in, we provide expert education from professionals in the fitness, strength and conditioning, and medical fields. With the expertise of our Certified Pre-/Postnatal Coach + Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, an OBGYN, and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy team, you can feel confident knowing that you are supported throughout this incredible journey.
